Nancy Giacchetti leads all efforts of Partners InSynQ. Bringing a wealth of executive experience and an eye for practicality, Nancy has worked side by side with business executives to achieve positive business outcomes.

Faced with numerous challenges while focused on bringing clear alignment between business strategy and employee actions, Nancy has built a solid reputation for being practical, cost-effective, and a trusted partner. She possesses a sound understanding of business operations and change leadership methodology along with a practical approach to applying critical principles as dictated by shifting business needs.

Past experience includes:

  • Leading organizational efforts for numerous mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and business restructuring in 6 diverse corporations.
  • Providing coaching and key business input to operating executive teams.
  • Leading organizational alignment for enterprise-wide business systems integrations
  • Leading HR/OD function
  • Global experience includes frequent world-wide interaction, building effective global virtual teams, and involvement with a Costa Rican non-profit organization.

 

Prior to establishing Partners InSynq, Nancy was VP, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness for ADC Telecommunications (now TE Connectivity).   She also held executive HR roles at Land O’Lakes and National Computer Systems (NCS).

A former Adjunct Faculty Member at Pepperdine University, she received her M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

Passionate about helping leaders achieve success in their business endeavors, she knows, first hand, the pitfalls that face most leaders as they strive to achieve successful outcomes. Nancy understands and appreciates the shifts in approach required to lead organizations through strategic changes.
